Mike Sharrow will be the featured speaker for the Lifeworks Charleston Breakfast. Mike is the CEO of The C12 Group, the nation’s largest network of Christian CEO/Owner peer advisory groups serving 2,100+ members through a tribe of 100 full-time C12 Chairs across the US, China, Malaysia and Brazil. Mike grew up in Alaska and is a “Trophy of God’s Grace,” boasting of the undeniable works of God in his life that fuels his resolve and sense of mission. He exists to be a catalyst for people to know and love Jesus, whether that is through business, marriage, foster care, Gospel city movements, missions or local church ministry contexts. Mike studied business and theology at Trinity International University (Chicago), Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and Loyola Graduate School of Business. God used an eclectic tour through a financial services start up, healthcare subsidiaries of the Walgreen Company, pastoring in a local church, a corporate wellness business, operating a management consulting practice and multiple non-profit start-ups to ultimately land him at a C12 Group table as a member in 2010. After leading groups in San Antonio and Austin as a full-time C12 Group chair, Mike became the 3rd CEO of The C12 Group in a 2016 succession process to steward their mission to “equip Christian CEOs/Owners to build great businesses for a greater purpose.” Mike resides in San Antonio with his wife, Jacqui (since 2002) and their 2 daughters, is an active leader at Grace Point Church and involved in a variety of “Kingdom conspiracy” initiatives.
